You just need to find yourself a hobby. Try taking care of goldfish.
They are a bit hard to take care of, but once you get in tune with the weekly maintenance, the are like keeping a living jewel.

General Rules for Goldfish or any Fresh Water fish Care.
1. Don't over-feed (2-4 pellets per day presoaked in water).
2. Drain half water with aquarium vacuum while sifting gravel.
3. Don't overcrowd a tank. Fancy Goldfish is one per 10 gallon tank.
4. Supplement their diet with a single boiled shelled pea.
